When will everything be in stock?

We planed to launch our products in the Summer 2020, however, due to COVID-19 we're unsure on an exact date. We thought that we would make our website live so that our wonderful customers can view everything (like a little exclusive). Please sign up to our email list to be notified when everything goes live.

Are all bags Leather?

All of our pieces are leather, unless otherwise stated.  

How do I add my initials to my order? 

On each product page, there is a box which says 'add your personalisation'. Click on this and you can add your initials an choose your foil. If you would like a '.' between your mono then please check the add dots box. 

What if I would like a bespoke monogram for my order? 

If you have a monogram in mind that doesn't sit within our standard requirements, please do drop us as email as we may be able to help: orders@darlingitsyours.com. 

Processing Times?

Please allow a maximum of 3 working days for your monogram to be printed onto your leather goods (during busier times, for example Black Friday, this may take up to a maximum of 5 working days). For floral frames, the current processing time is between 1-2 weeks, whereas, non personalised goods, like our Eltoria collaboration and accessories, there is currently only a 1-2 day processing time.

I need my pieces urgently, can you help?! 

Yes absolutely! If this is the case please drop us an email: orders@darlingitsyours.com.

Will you be restocking sold out items?

Yes absolutely! Please keep any eye out on our Instagram (darlingitsyours) for re-stocking up dates or sign up to our mailing list.

I'm not happy with my order, what can I do?

If for any reason you aren't happy with your pieces, pop us an email at orders@darlingitsyours.com. Please be aware that due to the bespoke nature of some pieces (always check the product description), we do not accept returns as a general rule.
